Simply follow these steps to register today!

• Return a completed registration Form

• Provide the child’s current immunization record

• Pay the non-refundable registration and supply fee

• If you would like to reserve a spot for your child for the future, you may pay a $50 non-refundable reservation fee.

*Although not a requirement, we suggest you contact the center before registering to determine the earliest admission date for your child.
