The God of Second Chances

"The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth...So the Lord said, 'I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created'...But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord."- Genesis 6:5-8

The story of the flood during Noah's time shows both how serious God is about sin but also God's unending love. God is a God of second chances - in fact he's a God of second, third, fourth, fifth...you get the idea. This week, thank God for his unending love for you each day and find a moment each day to ask forgiveness for any sin you've allowed to enter in your life.
